We keep our website up to date with all available items and sizes. Any items that are limited stock or pre-order items will be noted. Items that are on pre-order will have an expected ship date noted. We will contact you under rare circumstances of a delay for an in-stock item.

For orders that include pre-order items, we will hold your entire order until all items are available to ship at one time. If you would like the in-stock items to ship right away, you can contact customer service to arrange a separate shipment, though there may be an additional shipping charge. We do note the expected ship by date for all pre-order items when ordering, so please make sure to select a shipping method that will have your order to you in time for your event!

For your convenience, we have the corresponding sizing information listed under the product description for a streamlined shopping experience!

We really say to go more by the baby's actual measurements than by age or weight since babies can vary in size. A short but chunky 6 month old baby might need a 9-12mo gown since their chest would measure larger and the height isn't important for longer gowns that go past the baby's feet! When in doubt, our friendly Customer Service reps are happy to help with sizing.

The longer gowns only come in either 3-6mo or 9-12mo since the chest is the only important measurement and there isn't a big enough difference between those sizes and a 6-9mo size to need it as well. Check the baby's chest measurement against the sizing chart, but be sure to allow 1-2 inches for wiggle room!

We accept any major credit cards- Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Yep! There shouldn't be an issue as long as the billing address you enter in customer information matches the billing address for the card. You can also use Paypal which is preferred by international customers for ease and conversion rates.

As long as you have only received one email with the invoice and one order number, you have only been charged by us once. What often happens when making online purchases that initially are declined is that your bank will reserve the funds to cover the amount you were trying to charge. We are in no way holding those funds, and within 2-3 business days your bank will release those funds back to your account without action from us. This can vary from bank to bank and may not affect you at all, but please keep in mind that the release of any held funds is completely out of our control. In the case that you did receive two invoices we will happily cancel and refund the duplicate order though! Try to double check all information you enter before placing the order to avoid such situations.

Typically we ship out within 1-2 business days of receiving the order and standard shipping is with FedEx 2 day service, which delivers in 2 business days (excluding holidays)!

As long as the order hasn't shipped out yet, Yes! Try to contact us as soon as you realize you forgot to add the item so that you can avoid having to pay an additional shipping charge.

We look over and press all of our garments and then carefully package them in a clear plastic bag. This is then wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a FedEx softpak or box (for smaller items, they may be shipped in a FedEx envelope instead.) We do also offer a gift wrap option, here, we will beautifully package your item in the gift box so that it is ready for gifting upon delivery! Please note that gift wrapped orders are sent FedEx Ground, which take an additional 1-3 business days for delivery.

We ship using FedEx international priority at a starting rate of $25. We ship all over the world on a daily basis and orders can arrive anywhere from 3-5 business days after placing the order. It can be even faster at times, with orders arriving in Canada within 1-2 business days, and even 2-3 business days to Ireland and select areas of the UK! More information can be found here.

There will be taxes/duties that your country will charge either at a later date or upon delivery. These charges vary from country to country and are not coming from us so we are unable to find out what they will be. We do note that everything is manufactured in the US on customs forms.

To keep international shipping costs low for our customers, we press and package everything in clear plastic bags and then ship them in soft waterproof paks. Smaller items may be shipped in large Envelopes.

These are shipped as USPS domestic orders. Once you enter the address for the shipping information the USPS shipping option will come up for you!

All items (excluding personalized items) are returnable and exchangeable with in 30 business days from the day we ship. There will be a date stamped on your packing slip to let you know the date the items need to be back to us. You can find our returns page here. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, we are always happy to help with any questions or concerns you may have.

*Please note that characteristics in the silk or differing embroidery on items are not considered flaws. Our embroidery patters are all-over designs and depending on how the item is cut for production the embroidery can vary, making every item unique! If you want to exchange them we will be happy to assist you, but it will be considered a regular exchange and exchange shipping will be charged.

For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the item or size that you would like so that we can get the items sent out to you right away. You would then just send the items you need to return back to us and we will refund your account.

You can send any items that need to be returned to us with any carrier that is convenient for you! You will want to choose a method that can get the items back to us by the date stamped on your packing slip, but this can typically be done without the extra cost of expediting. We recommend selecting a shipping method that will provide you with tracking and insurance for your peace of mind, but this is up to you. Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless a mistake was made on our part.

Once we receive your package, it will take us 3-5 business days to carefully inspect the return and process your refund. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3-5 business days for a refund to be reflected back to your account (in rare cases, you may not see it reflected until your next statement). You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

We are located on the West Coast, so it can take around 5 business days for us to receive orders from the East Coast or around the world (sometimes longer depending on the method used to ship). We process returns promptly, so it is likely in our system already waiting for the 3-5 business days to be completed. Just give us a call and we will be happy to check on the status of your refund!

As noted in our Return policy, orders which qualified for Free shipping that are returned, causing the total of items kept to fall under $150, will have $8 deducted to cover original shipping costs.

If you placed an exchange order and have paid for exchange shipping, this charge will not be deducted. If you chose the Free shipping option on your exchange as well, then the $8 will still be deducted from the order returned. 

We do not regularly run promotions for discounts, but we do offer a twin discount and military discount (please email us for your custom code)! We do offer free ground shipping to the continental US and Canada for orders over $150US. When we do have a promotion running, we will post the code to our website, as well as our Facebook and Instagram pages!

We use the finest materials for your baby's outfit! Baby's comfort is a priority when selecting materials for our outfits. The materials we use have not been chemically treated, we only use steam when pressing, so they are perfect for baby's sensitive skin!

Our Pima cotton outfits are extra soft and breathable, but more durable than other cottons to withstand baby's wriggling! The knit sweaters, hats and bonnets are made with 100% acrylic knit which is super soft, not scratchy, for baby's skin. We use several types of silk for our outfits to provide a variety of looks- Many of our heirloom gowns, dresses and 3-piece vest suits are made with a single layer of 100% Dupioni, a raw silk that has unique natural characteristics, bumps, and textured or darkened lines in the silk to add visual interest. You can find more information about the characteristics common to Dupioni silk here on our website. We also use a style silk with less natural structure than Dupioni, that allows for a more sleek drape to the material and has a more uniform texture throughout the material. Select gowns and dresses are lined in a double layer of a cotton-silk blend material that provides a soft and light layer under the lace. Our linen outfits are made with a linen-cotton blend that is soft and breathable, and provides a special look. Our lace embroidery patterns are all-over designs and depending on how the item is cut for production the embroidery can vary, making every item unique!

We do not recommend washing your baby's outfit before they wear it on event day! Water, heat, and detergents can affect the shape and color of the outfit. Water can actually damage the delicate silk, lace, and ribbon used for your special outfit. We do recommend taking your outfit out of the packaging and and allowing it to hang for a day or two before your event to help relax any slight wrinkling that may be caused during shipping. Some customers have also opted to have their outfit steamed before their event to refresh the material! If you do wish to iron stubborn wrinkles, use it on a low setting and use either tissue paper or a layer of cotton in between to keep the materials safe from water drops or overheating. It is not necessary for your garments to be dry-cleaned before wear either. 

After use, we do recommend having your outfit dry-cleaned by an experienced dry-cleaner that will know how to treat your special items and materials with care. Having your items dry-cleaned will help to remove any drool, spit-up or natural oils left from passing baby around, that may not be seen now, but will discolor over time if left uncleaned.

There are a few ways you can safely store your outfit. Either hang your outfit inside a garment bag on a padded hanger or store it inside an acid-free box, lined with acid-free tissue paper. Place acid-free tissue paper between any folds if stored in a box. We sell Muslin Keepsake garment bags on our site to safely store your items for years. Muslin cotton is ideal for storing garments. If you wish to have your gown formally preserved, we recommend talking to an experienced dry-cleaner they will be most knowledgable in preserving the delicate materials.

We are an online store only, but our easy Return and Exchange policy along with our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service reps allow you to shop easily and with confidence so you have the best online shopping experience possible.

We are aware of these sites that are using our pictures without our permission. These are usually websites from China that have stolen our photos and claim they can re-create and mass produce our designs at a lower cost. The way they achieve this is by using cheap materials, and we have heard from customers who have purchased from these sites (before shopping with us) that their items are nothing like ours or are sometimes not delivered at all. We are a very small, family owned company, and all of our collections are designed in-house by our owner for exclusive sale by our company. Our photos are copyrighted and we are constantly working on having these stolen images removed from these websites, but this process does take some time.

Please know that the only way to receive an authentic Baby Beau & Belle design is to order through our websites or our official Etsy store!

All of our photos are taken by our in-house photographer at our office in Gig Harbor, WA. We are usually looking for babies between the ages of 3 and 12 months to model our outfits, but from time to time are looking for a newborn or toddler to model a collection.
