More than 35 years ago, Robbie started sketching designs for babies in lace. Not because there was a business plan, but because she couldn't find what she was looking for anywhere else. She wanted something genuinely beautiful for her babies, the kind of thing she remembered seeing in her aunt's old sketches and design books, something delicate and elegant. 

Her husband Russ believed in her vision so much that he packed up her gowns and flew them to a children's trade show in New York City, selling them one at a time to boutiques and families who recognized something special when they saw it. Those early days were humble and hopeful, not that different from what we still do today.

Today it's still a family business, literally. The kids work here now. And while a lot has changed since Russ was loading garments and flying cross country for a trade show, the heart of what we do hasn't changed at all. We help families dress their little ones for the moments that matter most, and we make pieces that get passed down long after the day is over.

I've worked here long enough to know that what makes this place different isn't just the craftsmanship, though that matters deeply to us. It's the photos families send us after.
