How do I return?
We allow you to send the items back whichever way is convenient for you! We recommend having the package tracked and insured for your peace of mind, but this is completely up to you. Please Note: Return and Exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless a mistake was made on our part
*Please note that we are not able to accept items back for a return that arrive to us in a worn, washed or damaged condition. Damages that occur during the try on process and/or in transit back to us are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns received in a unsellable condition will be returned back to the customer.
What items are returnable?
Everything is returnable and exchangeable (excluding personalized items) within 30 business days from the day the order ships. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged to be accepted back. Anyone from our great Customer Care team will be happy to address any questions or concerns you may have. *Please note that characteristics in the silk and linen or differing embroidery on items are not considered flaws. Our embroidery patterns are all-over designs and depending on how the item is cut for production the embroidery can vary, making every item unique! If you want to exchange them we will be happy to assist you, but it will be considered a regular exchange and exchange shipping will be charged.
How do I exchange?
To make an exchange order simply place a whole new order for any new items or sizes that you require, and then follow the return instructions for the original items you are returning. We know receiving your items can be a time sensitive matter, so this is the fastest and easiest way to get your new items to you promptly! Please note that exchange shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer unless there was a mistake on the order.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned items back, we will check them over and process them into our return system. We will then issue a refund to the credit card used to place the order, excluding any applicable shipping charges, within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email notification once this goes through. Please keep in mind it can take an additional 3-5 business days after the refund is processed to post to your card's account, depending on how quickly your bank processes transactions.
Also please be advised that if you used our Free Shipping promotion on your order and then returned items so that the total of items kept on that order falls below $175 USD, then $11 USD will be withheld from your refund to cover the original domestic shipping charges. If you placed an exchange order and paid for the exchange shipping costs, this will not be deducted from your original order refund.
